Cleveland Browns 2011 Holiday Party
Sherri Foxman’s Party411 Events was fortunate enough to coordinate the Cleveland Browns holiday party for the second year in a row. Our job was to once again take a cafeteria and an indoor football field in the Berea training facility and turn it into a winter wonderland for 500 people to enjoy–challenging but fun!
At the entrance is a huge mural of Browns players from then and now. Since first impressions are so very important, we attached vinyl Santa hats to the heads of the players in these photos to welcome the Browns employees, players and their families.
First stop was the training facility cafeteria which was converted into a snowy winter scene where the kids (some little and some big–as in adult big) could decorate cookies with the toppings of their choice or visit Santa’s Workshop to make holiday crafts to take home with a little assistance from Party411 elves!
The highlight of the event was the field house where guests entered an ice castle created using specialty lighting, fabric, cool ice blue linens and white florals all created by our favorite vendors Vincent Lighting and Pieter Bouterse Studio.
Santa had his own winter wonderland backdrop for fabulous photos and Rock the House was on hand to create souvenir photos for guests too big to sit on Santa’s lap!
A jolly good time was had by all including Party411 Events who was thrilled for this opportunity to create a truly unique event.
