PartyPalooza 2014 Recap
PartyPalooza (once again produced by Party411 Events) was a huge hit with hundreds of guests checking out all of the amazing vendors, caterers and party entertainers. PartyPalooza was a party in and of itself with tons of games, prizes, interactive exhibits and delicious treats to try. By just walking in the door, guests had the means to plan their special event from start to finish.
Right as guests walked in the door, they were greeted with an extravagant game room set up by PartyPalooza’s title sponsor Rock the House. Between a giant 12-person foosball table, a “Rock Shots” basketball game, and an interactive giant art screen, party planners had a lot to choose from to throw the perfect party!
The beautiful balloon sculptures throughout the venue added flair to the event. We loved the balloon arch above the entrance. Created by sponsor Pink Gorilla Balloons, it really stood out along with the other balloon displays, including balloon starbursts hanging from the ceiling!
PartyPalooza’s media sponsor, the Cleveland Jewish News, was there to let everyone in on all the party planning news.
Designs of Distinction, an event planning company which does everything from rock wall climbing to arcade games, set up a photobooth where guests crowded to have their pictures taken.
We loved sampling all of the appetizers from various vendors. The Cleveland Racquet Club passed out delicious duck confit sushi. We couldn’t pass it up and came back for seconds!
One of our favorite interactive displays was the chocolate lollipop favors by Fantastic Favor. Pictures taken at the event were printed right onto the white chocolate front of the lollipop! The printing was quick as can be and guests took their personalized lollipops home with them before leaving.
I gave the lollipop favors a shot, too! How’d mine turn out? Pretty cool, huh?
The lounge area set up by Be Seated was a retro marvel that we’d love to have at any of our events! Their comfy and modern seating options can help you create an intimate and fun seating area for your party.
The linen chair covers and wraps by L’Nique are another great way to decorate the seating at your venue. We loved the chairs decorated in bling! Perfect for a Sweet 16 party or bat mitzvah.
While a traditional party hall might work for your event, why not try an out of this world venue, like Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park! The kids (and young at heart) will love jumping around in their creative indoor playgrounds.
Flower Entertainment wowed all the kids who stopped by PartyPalooza. They had a line at their table for the entire event, especially after making intricate balloon sculptures. (A favorite was Olaf from Frozen!)
We thought the appetizer display from Heinen’s Catering looked absolutely beautiful. The chef served up delicious bite-size delicacies, like tiramisu chocolate cups and pesto shrimp!
We also made sure to grab a yummy funnel cake from Executive Events & Entertainment. After all of the appetizers, we thought we would be stuffed! Of course, there’s always room for funnel cake!
Before heading out the door, I grabbed a gorgeous decorated cookie from Fancy Pants Sweetz. Cookies can be personalized for any event. Party411’s Kathleen is planning on ordering cookie favors from Fancy Pants for her daughter’s first birthday!
PartyPalooza was a blast, and everyone here at Party411 Events looks forward to seeing you there next year!
